Throughout the month, we listed a diverse range of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacant land across the UK.
The auction attracted significant attention from buyers nationwide, all eager to engage in the competitive bidding process. The wide variety of properties available sparked fierce competition, driving strong results across the board.
Auction Highlights

A total of 76 bids were placed for the property on Mackworth Street, presenting investors with a strong investment opportunity, currently generating £28,000 per annum. The property sold for £327,000, exceeding the guide price by £100,000.

An extremely rare opportunity to acquire a landmark marine property featured in our North Wales Auction. A total of 64 bids were placed for this historic building and the property sold for £158,000.

This former outdoor education centre, featuring several buildings across approximately 7.29 acres, attracted intense competition, with a total of 156 bids placed. The property sold for £370,000, which was double the guide price.

A great investment opportunity featured in the North West Auction. This ground-floor flat, currently let on an AST generating £350 per month, sold at auction for £9,000.

A total of 32 bids were placed on this two-bedroom maisonette, which is being sold with vacant possession and was previously rented for £19,200 per annum. The property sold at auction for £249,000.

The North East Auction offered Ayton Crescent which saw competitive bidding, a total of 18 bids were placed achieving a sale price of £78,000.

A renovation opportunity was presented at the Scotland Auction, where the property was purchased for £20,000. This flat in Aberdeen offered an excellent project for investors looking to add significant value.

The South Wales Auction offered a 2 bedroom semi detached bungalow in a picturesque location. The property sold for £160,000.

High Street, Bentley saw competitive bidding and sold at Auction for £95,000. The property had a total of 17 bids and was of interest to investors.
